Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them toward products that suit their style and budget. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced retail environment, thrives on building genuine customer connections, and takes pride in contributing to store targets as part of a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering a friendly and professional shopping experience
• Advise customers on products, sizing, and styling based on their preferences
• Achieve individual and store sales targets consistently
• Process transactions accurately at the point of sale, including cash and card payments
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the shop floor is well-stocked and presentable
• Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns in line with company policy
• Support stock counts, replenishment, and inventory accuracy
• Build and maintain product knowledge across the store’s full range
• Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer journey

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma/degree in business or retail is an advantage
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are a plus
• A genuine passion for fashion, retail, or the specific product category
• Well-presented, customer-focused, and comfortable working on your feet during shift hours
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and cash reconciliation
• Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• UAE-based candidates preferred; valid UAE residence visa or transferable status is an advantage
