Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and proof pizza dough following authentic Neapolitan methods
• Hand-stretch dough and top pizzas according to traditional recipes and portion standards
• Operate the wood-fired oven, managing temperature and bake times precisely
• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across every pizza served
• Monitor ingredient freshness and quality, particularly for imported Italian products
• Keep the pizza station, oven area, and prep surfaces clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage order flow during busy service periods
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience as a pizza chef, ideally with Neapolitan or wood-fired oven expertise
• Strong hand-stretching and dough-handling skills
