We are looking for an experienced Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, manage staff performance, ensure quality and service standards, and handle guest relations. The ideal candidate has proven experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced environment effectively.
Waiter and Waitress
Banana Tree is hiring friendly and attentive Waiters and Waitresses to deliver excellent guest service, take accurate orders, and maintain a clean and welcoming dining environment. Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
Chef
We are seeking a skilled Chef to prepare high-quality dishes consistently, manage kitchen operations, and maintain food safety and hygiene standards. Candidates should have relevant culinary experience and a strong understanding of kitchen workflow and food preparation standards.
Barista
Banana Tree is looking for a passionate Barista who can prepare quality coffee and beverages efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service, especially during peak hours.
Dishwasher
We need a reliable Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, dishes, and utensils, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and hygiene compliance.
Cleaner
We are hiring a dedicated Cleaner to maintain cleanliness across the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces, ensuring a hygienic environment for guests and staff.
What We’re Looking For
Across all roles, we are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required. Prior relevant experience is preferred for management, chef, waiter, waitress, and barista positions, while dishwasher and cleaner roles are open to candidates with a strong willingness to work hard and maintain high hygiene standards.
