The CLAP Restaurant is expanding its team and currently hiring across multiple Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) positions. Front of House (FOH) Roles
FOH openings include positions such as Waiters/Waitresses, Hostesses, Cashiers, and Guest Relations staff. These roles are the first and last point of contact for every guest, responsible for greeting, seating, taking orders, ensuring smooth table turnover, and resolving guest concerns with professionalism. Strong communication skills, a polished appearance, and genuine warmth are essential for anyone joining the FOH team.
Back of House (BOH) Roles
BOH openings span the kitchen brigade, including Line Cooks, Kitchen Helpers, Dishwashers, and Storekeepers. These team members are responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, managing kitchen inventory, and supporting the head chef in delivering consistent plate quality during busy service periods. Prior kitchen experience in a similar volume restaurant is preferred for cook-level roles.
What The CLAP Is Looking For
Across both FOH and BOH positions, candidates should bring reliability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. Experience in UAE restaurants is an advantage but not mandatory for entry-level roles, as The CLAP invests in on-the-job training. Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required given the restaurant’s peak dining hours.
