LPM, the celebrated French Riviera-style restaurant known for its refined Mediterranean menu and vibrant waterfront atmosphere, is expanding its Dubai team. Two positions are currently open: Waiter and Maintenance Specialist. ROLE 1
Waiter — AED 6,000/month
LPM is looking for an experienced, guest-focused Waiter to deliver the polished, attentive service the brand is known for. You’ll be working the floor of a high-end restaurant where presentation, timing, and hospitality etiquette matter at every step.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests, present menus, and guide them through food and beverage selections
- Take accurate orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar teams
- Serve food and drinks following fine-dining service standards
- Anticipate guest needs and handle special requests professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the dining area throughout service
- Process bills and payments accurately
- Coordinate with kitchen, hosts, and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow
Requirements
- Previous waiter/service experience in a restaurant, ideally fine-dining or premium casual
- Strong spoken English; additional languages (French, Arabic, Russian) an advantage
- Well-groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- UAE hospitality experience preferred but not mandatory
Salary: AED 6,000/month
ROLE 2
Maintenance Specialist — AED 4,800/month
LPM is also hiring a hands-on Maintenance Specialist to keep the restaurant’s equipment, facilities, and back-of-house systems running smoothly. This role is key to ensuring the guest experience is never disrupted by operational issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and breakdowns during operating hours
- Carry out minor repairs and coordinate with external contractors for major works
- Maintain maintenance logs and report recurring issues to management
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards across the facility
- Support setup and troubleshooting for restaurant equipment and utilities
Requirements
- Proven experience in a maintenance/facilities role, ideally within hospitality or F&B
- Working knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to urgent issues
- Basic English communication skills
- UAE experience preferred
Salary: AED 4,800/month
