Meru Hotel in Bali is seeking dynamic, enthusiastic, and dedicated individuals to join our team. We are hiring for the following positions:
Waiter/Waitress:
Responsibilities include greeting and serving guests, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties, and collecting the bill. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Chef:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Chef to manage our kitchen operations. Responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food hygiene standards, and working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation. Applicants should have proven culinary skills, a strong understanding of kitchen operations, and a flair for innovation.
Receptionist:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our guests. Key duties include managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and providing information about the hotel and surrounding area. Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, be well-organized, and have a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
Bartender:
We need a skilled Bartender to prepare and serve drinks to our guests. Responsibilities include mixing beverages, taking orders, serving snacks and drinks, and ensuring bar cleanliness. Ideal candidates will have previous bartending experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
