Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and specialty beverages consistently.
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment to hygiene standards.
• Welcome guests warmly and create a friendly, community-oriented atmosphere.
• Handle orders, cash, and card transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized counter and seating area throughout each shift.
• Monitor stock of coffee, milk, and supplies, informing the manager of shortages.
• Support light food and pastry service alongside beverage preparation.
