This role suits a culinary leader who thrives under pressure, sets the standard for consistency, and knows how to run a kitchen that delivers night after night.

Role Overview

As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of kitchen operations — from food quality and consistency to team leadership and cost control. You’ll work closely with management to keep standards high across every service, every plate, and every shift, while mentoring a kitchen brigade built for a fast-paced, high-volume hospitality venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all kitchen operations across shifts
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste in line with brand standards
• Manage and mentor the kitchen brigade, including chefs de partie and commis chefs
• Plan and cost menus in coordination with senior management
• Control food cost, wastage, and inventory through accurate ordering and stock management
• Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP compliance across the kitchen
• Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of kitchen staff
• Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure smooth, timely service
• Handle supplier relationships and ensure quality of incoming produce
• Drive innovation with seasonal menu updates and specials

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or senior kitchen leader in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or nightlife venue
• Strong background in UAE or GCC hospitality operations preferred
• Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Solid understanding of food cost control and kitchen P&L management
• Ability to perform under pressure during peak service and events
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by a hospitality schedule
