Maison Mathis is currently hiring a Food Runner to join their service team β an active, detail-oriented role that is central to keeping the kitchen-to-table flow running smoothly across a restaurant that consistently draws full houses, especially during weekend breakfast and brunch service.

What the Role Involves
As a Food Runner at Maison Mathis, you will be the link between the kitchen and the dining room β carrying plated dishes from the pass to the correct table quickly, carefully, and in a way that keeps each plate looking exactly as the kitchen intended. At a restaurant this popular, timing and accuracy matter enormously. Weekend mornings in particular can see the dining room fill up fast, with families, golf club members, and visitors all arriving in waves that require the service team to be on point every single shift.
Beyond delivering food, the role involves close coordination with servers and the kitchen team, keeping the pass area clean and organized, assisting with table resets, and being alert to whatβs happening in the dining room so you can support where needed.
