Julith Cafe, one of Sharjah’s rising specialty coffee destinations, is looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join its growing team. This is more than just making coffee. As a Barista at Julith Cafe, you will be the face of the brand for every customer interaction, setting the tone for their entire visit. From the first “good morning” to the last sip of their cappuccino, your energy, precision, and attention to detail will directly shape how people feel about the cafe. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of hot and cold beverages including espresso-based drinks, pour-overs, and specialty seasonal items
• Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other cafe equipment to a high standard
• Deliver consistent latte art and beverage presentation in line with Julith Cafe’s quality benchmarks
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm, professional, and friendly manner
• Take orders accurately, process payments, and manage the POS system
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and front-of-house area at all times
• Manage stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and consumables, and flag reorders when needed
• Follow all UAE food safety and hygiene regulations
• Support the wider team with light food preparation and general cafe duties during peak hours
• Build rapport with regular customers to encourage repeat visits and positive word of mouth

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista, preferably in a specialty coffee shop or cafe environment
• Solid understanding of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art techniques
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during busy morning and afternoon rushes
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• A friendly, approachable personality with genuine hospitality instincts
• Basic food hygiene knowledge; UAE food safety certification is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
• Candidates currently based in the UAE, or able to relocate to Sharjah, will be prioritized
