Role Overview
As Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a full range of coffee and beverage offerings, from espresso-based drinks to fresh juices and light refreshments, in a fast-paced, sports-club environment. You’ll interact directly with members, guests, and players throughout the day, making friendly, efficient service essential.

Key Responsibilities
Daily duties include preparing beverages to consistent quality standards, maintaining a clean and organized bar station, managing stock levels of coffee, milk, and syrups, and ensuring quick turnaround during peak court hours. You’ll also be expected to build rapport with regular members, contributing to Mantra’s community-first atmosphere, and to support light food service where required.

Candidate Requirements
Previous barista experience is strongly preferred, along with solid knowledge of espresso machines and manual brewing methods. Candidates should be personable, energetic, and comfortable working in a social, high-footfall environment. Basic English communication skills are required, and familiarity with POS systems is an advantage. A genuine interest in sports or fitness culture will help you fit right into the Mantra team.
