About the role

– we provide comprehensive training to set you up for success.
You will be responsible for preparing our signature coffee drinks,
maintaining a clean and organised workspace, and creating a welcoming
atmosphere for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who
thrives in a team-oriented environment and has a genuine passion for
coffee and hospitality.
Key responsibilities
- Craft exceptional beverages: Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and signature Caribou beverages with precision and care.
- Guest engagement: Greet every guest warmly, take orders accurately, and provide personalised recommendations.
- Product knowledge: Learn and share knowledge about our coffee origins, roasting profiles, and flavour notes.
- Cleanliness & organisation: Maintain a spotless workspace, follow food safety standards, and ensure equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service, especially during peak hours.
- Cash handling: Operate the POS system accurately and handle payments with integrity.
