📋 OPEN POSITIONS:
1️⃣ BARISTA
We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who can craft the perfect cup of coffee every single time. You should have a genuine passion for coffee culture, strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, latte art skills (a big plus), and the ability to work efficiently during busy hours. A friendly attitude and attention to detail are a must.
2️⃣ COMMIS CHEF
White Cafe is seeking a motivated Commis Chef to support our kitchen team in daily food preparation and cooking operations. The ideal candidate should have basic culinary skills, willingness to learn, ability to follow recipes and kitchen standards, and a strong sense of hygiene and cleanliness. This role is great for someone looking to build a long-term career in the culinary field.
3️⃣ WAITRESS
We need a warm, energetic, and professional Waitress to deliver excellent customer service on our floor. Responsibilities include taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages, maintaining table cleanliness, and ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience. Previous experience in a café or restaurant setting is preferred.
4️⃣ SUPERVISOR
White Cafe is looking for an experienced Supervisor to oversee daily café operations, manage staff, ensure smooth service flow, and maintain quality and hygiene standards. The right candidate should have strong leadership skills, previous supervisory experience in F&B, and the ability to handle a fast-paced environment while keeping the team motivated and organized.
5️⃣ KITCHEN STEWARD
We’re also hiring a Kitchen Steward to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across our kitchen area. Duties include washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, managing waste disposal, and supporting the kitchen team with general upkeep. A strong work ethic and attention to cleanliness protocols are essential.
