Restaurant Manager
Reif Sushiyaki is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, supervising staff performance, handling guest feedback and complaints professionally, monitoring inventory and cost control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in restaurant management, preferably within a Japanese or fine-dining concept, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a fast-paced service environment while maintaining consistency in quality.
Bar Manager
We are looking for a skilled Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and ensure smooth bar operations. Key responsibilities include managing bar staff, developing and maintaining beverage menus, ensuring proper stock control and supplier coordination, upholding hygiene and safety standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience through quality service and presentation. Candidates should have prior experience managing a bar in a restaurant or hospitality setting, strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends, and the ability to train and motivate a team.
Waiter/Waitress
Reif Sushiyaki is hiring attentive and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to deliver excellent service on the floor. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, explaining menu items with confidence, ensuring timely and accurate order delivery, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Previous experience in a restaurant setting, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality are preferred.
What We’re Looking For
Candidates across all roles should bring a strong work ethic, flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings and weekends, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality guest experiences. Previous experience within Japanese cuisine or upscale dining establishments is an advantage but not always required, particularly for the waiter and waitress positions.
