Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the office, store area, and pantry throughout the day
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock deliveries
- Run errands including document delivery, bank drops, and pickups from nearby suppliers
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments for staff and visitors
- Support administrative staff with basic filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork
- Assist with simple stock arrangement, labeling, and shelf tidying when required
- Report any maintenance issues, stock shortages, or safety concerns to the supervisor
- Handle light lifting and moving of boxes and supplies as needed
Requirements
- Prior experience as an office boy, store assistant, or general helper is an advantage but not mandatory
- Punctual, honest, and reliable with a strong sense of responsibility
- Physically fit and comfortable with light lifting and being on your feet for extended periods
- Basic spoken English or Arabic helpful for day-to-day communication
