4.1 Barista
Responsibilities: Prepare specialty coffee beverages to Espresso Lab’s exacting standards, operate and maintain espresso equipment, manage beverage station stock, deliver consistent latte art and presentation, and provide knowledgeable, friendly guest service.
Requirements: 1–2 years of specialty coffee barista experience, strong espresso and milk-texturing skills, food safety awareness, attention to detail, fluent English.
