Role Overview

As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for continuous surveillance of water attractions, rapid emergency response, and enforcing safety rules in a way that keeps the guest experience fun and welcoming rather than restrictive. • Assist guests with directions, general inquiries, and a positive on-site experience
  • Participate in regular in-service training, swim tests, and emergency drills

Requirements

  • Valid lifeguard certification (RLSS, StarGuard, Ellis & Associates, or equivalent) preferred; training support available for strong swimmers
  • Strong swimming ability with proven rescue and CPR/first-aid competency
  • Physically fit, alert, and able to remain focused for extended surveillance periods
  • Good spoken English for clear communication with guests and team members
  • Previous lifeguard or waterpark experience is an advantage but not mandatory
  • Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather, including rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
  • Valid UAE visa status or eligibility for employer sponsorship
