Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing espresso-based drinks, filter coffee, and other beverages under senior barista guidance
- Learn and apply proper grinding, dosing, tamping, and extraction techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of the coffee station, tools, and equipment throughout each shift
- Support with milk steaming and latte art practice
- Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries
- Deliver friendly, attentive service to every guest
- Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Support senior baristas during busy periods and learn from real-time feedback
