Role Overview
As a Sales Assistant at Forever New, you will be the face of the brand on the shop floor, guiding customers through the latest seasonal collections, offering styling advice, and ensuring every visitor leaves with a positive shopping experience. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to achieve daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining the store’s visual merchandising standards to Forever New’s global brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, offering personalized styling and product recommendations
- Achieve individual and store sales targets set by management
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge across all current seasonal collections
- Process sales transactions accurately using the store’s POS system
- Handle fitting room service, garment steaming, and stock replenishment on the floor
- Support visual merchandising resets and window display changes as directed
- Manage customer queries, exchanges, and returns in line with company policy
- Assist with stockroom organization, inventory counts, and loss-prevention procedures
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented store culture during peak trading hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in fashion retail or customer service is preferred, but motivated freshers are welcome to apply
- Well-groomed, presentable appearance in line with retail brand standards
- Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Genuine interest in fashion, styling, and current retail trends
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and UAE public holidays
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle stock movement
- Positive, energetic attitude with a strong sense of teamwork
- Valid UAE residence visa or eligibility to transfer sponsorship is preferred
