About the Role
As a Crew Member at Five Guys DXB, you’ll rotate through key stations — grill, fry, register, and dining area — delivering the brand’s signature made-to-order burgers and fresh-cut fries to a constant stream of travelers from around the world. Working in an airport environment means fast turnaround times, high volume, and strict attention to freshness and hygiene standards. You’ll be part of an enthusiastic, well-trained team that takes pride in Five Guys’ reputation for quality, freshness, and genuine hospitality, even under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare food items to Five Guys’ exact recipe and quality standards, including burgers, hot dogs, and fresh-cut fries
- Operate grill, fryer, and prep stations safely and efficiently during high-volume airport traffic
- Take customer orders accurately at the register and process payments
- Deliver fast, friendly, and attentive service to a diverse, international customer base
- Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards throughout the shift
- Restock ingredients, buns, toppings, and packaging materials as needed
- Keep dining and service areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Follow portion control and waste management procedures
- Work collaboratively with team members to manage peak flight-time rushes smoothly
- Comply with all Dubai Airports security and operational protocols required for airport-based staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in quick-service restaurants (QSR) or fast-food environments preferred, but not mandatory
- Positive, energetic attitude with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
- Good spoken English; additional languages are a plus given the international airport clientele
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to pass Dubai Airport security clearance and obtain an airport access pass
- Basic food hygiene knowledge; UAE food handler’s certificate preferred or willingness to obtain one
- Valid UAE employment visa or eligibility for company sponsorship
