As a Butler, you’ll become the dedicated point of contact for a select group of guests throughout their stay — understanding their preferences, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every detail, from unpacking to dining arrangements, is handled with quiet precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalised, discreet service to VIP and suite guests throughout their stay
• Manage guest preferences, special requests, and itineraries with meticulous attention to detail
• Assist with unpacking, packing, wardrobe care, and in-room presentation
• Coordinate dining, spa, transportation, and activity bookings on behalf of guests
• Anticipate guest needs proactively rather than waiting to be asked
• Liaise closely with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B teams to ensure seamless service
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism regarding guest information
• Uphold Anantara and Minor Hotels’ luxury service standards and grooming guidelines

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience as a Butler, Suite Attendant, or senior Guest Services role in luxury hospitality
• Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and communication skills
• Excellent spoken and written English; additional languages are highly valued
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Genuine discretion and the ability to build guest trust quickly
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Formal butler training or certification is an advantage, though not mandatory
