The Sushi Sous Chef will work directly at the counter, holding the standard for nigiri, sashimi, and seasonal preparations while supporting the Head Sushi Chef in daily service and training junior team members. Prior experience at a high-volume, quality-driven sushi program is essential.
The Chef de Partie will take ownership of a section within the main kitchen, managing mise en place, executing dishes to spec under pressure, and maintaining the consistency that modern Japanese cuisine demands, service after service.
The Commis Chef will support senior chefs across sections, learning technique and pace in a fast, well-run kitchen — an ideal role for someone early in their culinary career who wants to grow inside a serious, craft-focused brand.
