About the Role
As a Barista at Bean Vibe Cafe, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages while delivering excellent customer service. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and a genuine passion for coffee craftsmanship, along with the ability to work efficiently during busy periods.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include preparing espresso-based drinks and other beverages to consistent quality standards, taking customer orders accurately and providing recommendations when needed, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and equipment, managing stock levels of coffee and beverage supplies, and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards. The Barista will also play a role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, contributing to the overall customer experience at the café.
Qualifications
Candidates should have previous experience working as a Barista or in a similar café environment, with strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks and brewing techniques. Latte art skills are considered a plus. Excellent customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a positive, energetic attitude are essential. Candidates should also be flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
