OPEN POSITIONS:
1️⃣ BARISTA
Bayolu One Management is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista who can consistently deliver high-quality coffee and beverages. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing techniques, and latte art (a plus), along with the ability to work efficiently during peak hours while maintaining excellent customer service and cleanliness standards.
2️⃣ CHEF DE PARTIE
We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to take charge of a specific section within our kitchen. Responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes to the highest standard, supervising junior kitchen staff, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, maintaining food safety and hygiene protocols, and supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. Prior experience in a similar role within a hotel, restaurant, or café is required.
3️⃣ SOUS CHEF
Bayolu One Management is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in overseeing all kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and consistency, controlling costs and inventory, developing and refining menu items, maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards, and stepping in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. Strong leadership skills, culinary creativity, and previous experience in a similar role are essential.
4️⃣ WAITER AND WAITRESS
We are hiring energetic, professional, and guest-focused Waiters and Waitresses to deliver exceptional service on our floor. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving with attention to detail, addressing guest needs promptly, maintaining cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience. Previous experience in a restaurant or café setting is preferred, along with excellent communication skills.
5️⃣ PASTRY CHEF
Bayolu One Management is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to lead our dessert and bakery offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in pastry, bread, and dessert preparation, an eye for presentation and plating, knowledge of ingredient quality and food costing, and the ability to innovate while maintaining consistency. Strong time management and cleanliness standards are essential for this role.
6️⃣ KITCHEN STEWARD
We’re also hiring a Kitchen Steward to maintain hygiene and cleanliness across our kitchen operations. Duties include washing dishes and kitchen equipment, managing waste disposal, organizing storage areas, and supporting the kitchen team with daily upkeep. A strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to cleanliness protocols are key requirements for this role.
