☕ Hiring: Barista | Service Crew

Trace Hospitality is expanding its team and currently hiring Baristas and Service Crew members. If you’re passionate about hospitality, enjoy a fast-paced café or restaurant environment, and want to grow with a dynamic F&B group, this opportunity could be right for you.

Trace Hospitality operates a growing portfolio of F&B concepts across Dubai, known for quality product and consistent guest experiences. As the group expands, we’re looking for reliable, guest-focused team members to join both the coffee bar and general service teams.

1. Barista

As a Barista, you’ll prepare and serve a range of hot and cold beverages while maintaining the coffee station to a high standard.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing espresso-based drinks and specialty beverages to recipe standard
• Operating and maintaining espresso machines and grinders
• Taking orders and processing payments accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness of the coffee bar and equipment
• Managing stock levels and reporting shortages
• Following food safety and hygiene protocols at all times

Requirements: Minimum 1 year of barista experience, good communication skills, and a genuine passion for coffee and hospitality.

2. Service Crew

Service Crew members support the smooth day-to-day running of the outlet, assisting across service, cleanliness, and guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and assisting guests throughout their visit
• Taking and delivering orders accurately
• Maintaining cleanliness of the dining and service areas
• Supporting kitchen and bar teams during busy periods
• Handling basic cash and card transactions
• Following brand standards for presentation and service

Requirements: Previous F&B or customer service experience preferred, energetic and team-oriented attitude, ability to multitask under pressure.
