What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and specialty beverages according to Caribou Coffee’s recipes and quality standards.
• Greet every customer with a warm, genuine welcome and provide fast, friendly, and accurate service.
• Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter, bar area, and seating areas throughout each shift.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Restock supplies, manage inventory levels, and assist with opening and closing duties.
• Follow all UAE food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Support your team during busy periods and contribute to a positive, upbeat working atmosphere.
• Share product knowledge with customers and confidently recommend menu items and seasonal specials.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous barista or F&B experience is preferred but not mandatory — a great attitude matters most.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• A positive, team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
• UAE residents preferred for faster onboarding, though visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
