Key Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with walk-in and online customers regarding available EV models
• Explain vehicle specifications, EV technology, charging infrastructure, and financing options clearly and accurately
• Conduct test drives and product demonstrations for prospective buyers
• Negotiate pricing and close sales in line with dealership targets and policies
• Follow up with leads generated through phone, WhatsApp, walk-in, and online channels
• Coordinate with the finance and delivery teams to ensure a smooth handover process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system
• Stay current on competitor EV offerings and UAE automotive market trends

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar showroom sales role, preferably within the UAE or GCC
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Genuine interest in electric vehicles and sustainable transportation technology
• Valid UAE driving license required
• Target-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Professional presentation and strong customer service orientation
