Exact salary, accommodation or transport details are confirmed during the interview, so ask clearly about the full package before accepting an offer.

Career Growth

A barista role is a strong first step in the café industry. With good performance, many team members move up to senior barista, shift leader, assistant manager and store manager positions. You will also build valuable skills in customer service, teamwork, cash handling and time management that are useful in any hospitality career across the Gulf.

Tips to Get Shortlisted

Mention any café, restaurant or customer service experience at the top of your CV. If you know how to make latte art or have completed a barista course, highlight it. During the interview, show energy, speak politely and explain why you enjoy working with customers. Small details such as a clean uniform look and punctuality leave a strong impression.

Why Work in a UAE Café?

Abu Dhabi has a thriving coffee culture, with new cafés opening every year and strong demand for trained baristas. Working in a branded café gives you stable shifts, regular guest traffic and the chance to learn skills that employers value everywhere. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, creative drinks and meeting new people daily, this job can become both a steady income and a passion you are proud of.
