- Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with a professional, friendly tone
- Processing payments, folios, and billing accurately, including foreign currency and group bookings
- Coordinating with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures
- Resolving guest concerns promptly and escalating issues to the Front Office Manager when needed
- Providing accurate information about hotel facilities, local attractions, and resort services
- Maintaining an organized, tidy, and welcoming front desk area at all times
- Supporting night audit or shift handover procedures as required
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Hotel Receptionist, Front Desk Agent, or Guest Service Agent, ideally within a resort or large hotel property
- Familiarity with hotel property management systems (Opera preferred) is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages such as Spanish, Russian, or German are a plus given RIU’s international guest profile
- A polished, professional appearance and genuinely warm, guest-first attitude
- Strong multitasking skills and the ability to stay composed during busy check-in and check-out periods
- Basic cash handling and billing accuracy
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, as is standard in resort operations
- Valid UAE work eligibility or ability to be sponsored
