Ayla Beach Club & Restaurant, a premium beachfront dining and leisure destination known for its relaxed luxury atmosphere and elevated service standards, is expanding its team. We are currently hiring across four key front-of-house and kitchen roles: Chef de Partie, Hostess, Waitstaff/Food Runner, and Cashier. Open Positions
1. Chef de Partie
Responsible for running an assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and to the highest standard during busy beach club service.
- Prepare and execute dishes for your assigned section according to standardized recipes and plating guides
- Maintain food quality, portion control, and presentation consistency
- Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants within your section
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Manage mise en place and stock levels for your station
- Coordinate with the Sous Chef during peak service to maintain smooth ticket flow
Requirements: Minimum 2+ years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef ready to step up, ideally within a resort, beach club, or high-volume restaurant setting. Food safety certification preferred.
2. Hostess
The first point of contact for every guest, setting the tone for their entire visit to Ayla Beach Club.
- Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and walk-ins efficiently
- Coordinate with the floor team to manage table turnover and guest flow during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries, waitlists, and special seating requests professionally
- Maintain an organized and accurate reservation system
- Present a polished, brand-appropriate appearance at all times
Requirements: Previous hostess or guest relations experience preferred, excellent spoken English, a warm and confident personality, and strong organizational skills under pressure.
3. Waitstaff / Food Runner
The core of the guest dining experience — delivering fast, friendly, and accurate service across the restaurant and beach areas.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
- Run dishes from kitchen to table, ensuring correct order and presentation
- Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, proactive service
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and beach seating areas
- Support the wider F&B team during high-volume periods, including weekends and events
Requirements: Prior F&B service experience preferred (beach club or resort experience a strong plus), physically fit and comfortable working outdoors, team player with a positive, guest-focused attitude.
4. Cashier
Manages all point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth billing experience for every guest.
- Process guest payments accurately via POS system, including cash, card, and mobile payments
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and report discrepancies to management
- Issue accurate bills and receipts, resolving billing queries professionally
- Coordinate with servers and management on order accuracy before processing payment
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all financial handling
Requirements: Previous cashier or POS experience preferred, strong numerical accuracy, trustworthy and detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
