As the property scales up its front-of-house and back-of-house teams, five roles are now open across the Food & Beverage and Housekeeping departments — a strong opportunity for candidates who want to grow with an internationally recognized hotel brand on one of Dubai’s most iconic addresses.
Open Positions
☕ Barista
Prepare and serve specialty coffee and beverages to hotel guests, maintain equipment hygiene, and deliver a warm, efficient counter experience in line with brand standards.
🍽️ F&B Attendant
Support outlet operations including table setup, order taking, food and beverage service, and maintaining cleanliness standards across restaurant and bar areas.
🛎️ Room Dine-In Waiter
Deliver in-room dining orders with accuracy and discretion, set up trays and trolleys to presentation standards, and ensure prompt, courteous service to guest rooms.
🙋 Hostess
Welcome and seat guests at restaurant entrances, manage reservations and waitlists, and act as the first point of contact for a polished dining first impression.
🧹 Housekeeping Attendant
Clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas to five-star standards, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues promptly to supervisors.
General Requirements
- Prior experience in a similar hotel or F&B role preferred (freshers considered for Housekeeping and F&B Attendant roles)
- Well-groomed, guest-focused attitude with strong communication skills
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
- Flexible with rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Valid UAE visa status or ability to be sponsored by the employer
