1. Junior Receptionist
As the first point of contact for LPM’s guests, the Junior Receptionist sets the tone for every dining experience through warmth, professionalism, and organisation.
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations via the restaurant’s booking system
- Coordinate table allocations with the Restaurant Manager and floor team
- Handle phone and email enquiries professionally and promptly
- Manage waitlists and guest flow during peak periods with composure
- Maintain accurate guest records, including VIP and repeat-guest preferences
- Support with special occasion arrangements and guest requests
Requirements: Prior reception/host experience in fine dining or 5-star hospitality preferred; excellent English communication (additional languages a plus); polished, guest-first presentation; flexible with shift patterns.
2. Junior Bar Supervisor
The Junior Bar Supervisor supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring service consistency and team performance during every shift.
- Supervise bartenders and bar-backs during service to maintain speed and quality
- Ensure all drinks are prepared to LPM’s recipe and presentation standards
- Monitor stock levels, liquor control, and wastage tracking
- Train junior bar staff on techniques, hygiene, and service standards
- Ensure full compliance with UAE licensing laws and responsible alcohol service
- Step in as bartender during high-volume periods when required
Requirements: 2+ years bar experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory/lead capacity; strong cocktail and beverage knowledge; UAE alcohol service certification preferred; leadership and team-coordination skills.
3. Junior Bartender
Craft cocktails and curate memorable moments at the bar — the Junior Bartender role is ideal for a mixologist eager to refine their skills in a fine-dining setting.
- Prepare classic and signature cocktails to LPM’s exact specifications
- Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient guest service at the bar
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar station throughout service
- Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and mise en place
- Uphold responsible alcohol service and UAE licensing regulations at all times
Requirements: Minimum 1 year bartending experience, ideally in a premium restaurant or bar; solid grasp of classic cocktail recipes and techniques; positive, guest-facing attitude; flexibility for evening and weekend shifts.
