About The Role
Junior Couture, the Middle East’s leading luxury childrenswear retailer, is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Sales Supervisor to lead the front-line retail team at one of its Dubai boutiques. This role is perfect for a retail professional who combines strong people leadership with a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional in-store experience. You’ll be responsible for driving store sales performance, coaching a team of sales associates, and ensuring every customer who walks through the door receives the premium service Junior Couture is known for across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily store operations and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coach, motivate, and support sales associates to deliver a consistently high standard of customer service
- Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and on-the-floor training
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines
- Handle escalated customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism
- Manage stock levels, replenishment, and coordinate with the inventory team to minimize shortages
- Prepare daily sales reports and communicate performance insights to store management
- Assist with staff scheduling to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak hours
- Support the implementation of seasonal promotions, product launches, and in-store events
- Uphold loss prevention procedures and cash handling protocols
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of retail sales experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead position
- Experience within fashion, luxury retail, or childrenswear is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of hitting sales targets
- Excellent customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and remain composed during high footfall periods
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic retail reporting tools
- Well-presented, confident, and passionate about the fashion retail environment
- Fluent English required; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, French) are an advantage
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
