7 Management is hosting a Talent Day to recruit for multiple positions across its portfolio of hospitality concepts. Key Responsibilities (Vary by Role)
- Deliver excellent guest service in line with the specific outlet’s brand standards
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Support smooth daily operations within the assigned department, whether front-of-house or back-of-house
- Collaborate effectively with team members across departments to ensure consistent guest experiences
- Follow all relevant health, safety, and hygiene protocols specific to the role and outlet
- Handle guest interactions professionally, addressing needs and resolving concerns promptly
- Contribute to a positive, energetic team culture within the specific outlet
- Take direction from supervisors and adapt quickly to the pace and demands of the role
- Support opening, closing, and general operational duties as required by the position
Requirements
- Previous experience in the relevant hospitality role is preferred, though entry-level candidates with the right attitude are also encouraged to attend
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills suited to guest-facing or team-based roles
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- A professional, well-groomed appearance in line with hospitality industry standards
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage across the diverse guest base
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-volume hospitality environments
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and guest service
- UAE hospitality experience is an advantage for certain roles but not mandatory for all positions
- Relevant certifications or training for specialized roles, such as culinary or bartending, are a plus
