Key Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Provide solutions to customer queries and product requirements
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of products in your department
- Actively promote telecom products, including SIM cards and data packs
- Maintain correct display logic, planogram, and placards on the sales floor
- Handle indoor sales across retail, mall, and government-entity channels
- Contribute to overall team performance and store targets
- Stay current with market trends and competitor activity to identify improvement areas
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience, ideally in retail or electronics
- Graduation, diploma, or an equivalent qualification
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach to work
- Resilience and the ability to handle a fast-paced retail floor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate effectively with customers
- General commercial awareness of retail and electronics trends
