Job Summary
The Crew role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service and ensuring consistent product quality on the shop floor. Crew members must be able to perform all job functions within a Garrett Popcorn location, including customer service, product preparation, cash handling, food preparation, and cleaning procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, including after-sales service
- Operate as a cashier, using the POS system accurately and handling money responsibly
- Contribute individually toward achieving budgeted sales and average transaction value (ATV) targets
- Execute upselling and suggestive selling with every customer interaction
- Maintain strong knowledge of all products, packaging, and pricing
- Follow the daily production schedule and all recipes according to brand standards
- Prevent cross-contamination at all times
- Maintain high housekeeping standards at the workstation, product display area, and back of house
- Help reduce incidents of theft or shoplifting and alert management when needed
- Ensure safe working practices at all times
- Follow grooming guidelines per brand standards
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English
