The venue is currently hiring for three front-of-house and support roles: Cashier, Steward, and Waitress. About the Roles
The Cashier will manage transactions at the point of sale, handle billing accurately, and provide guests with a smooth, friendly checkout experience. The Steward plays a vital behind-the-scenes role, ensuring kitchen and service areas remain clean, organized, and fully stocked so the rest of the team can operate efficiently. The Waitress will be a key part of the guest experience — taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring every table receives attentive, friendly service throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments (Cashier)
- Reconcile the till at the start and end of each shift and report any discrepancies
- Wash, sanitize, and organize kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils (Steward)
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and back-of-house areas in line with hygiene standards
- Support the kitchen team with basic prep tasks and stock replenishment as needed
- Greet and seat guests, take accurate food and drink orders, and deliver them promptly (Waitress)
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to guest questions or requests professionally
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely, accurate order delivery
- Follow all UAE food safety, hygiene, and responsible service guidelines across all roles
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role within a bar, restaurant, or casual dining venue is an advantage
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality
- Good command of English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail, particularly for cashiering and stewarding duties
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid UAE work permit or eligibility for employer sponsorship
