Pink Me Up Beauty Lounge is an Abu Dhabi–based salon offering nail care, lash services, hair styling, and a full range of beauty treatments. The salon has built a loyal client base around consistent service quality and a warm, welcoming atmosphere — the kind of place where clients book their next appointment before they’ve even left the chair. That client experience starts right at the front desk, which is why this hire matters as much as any technician on the floor.

What You’ll Do

• Greet every client warmly as they arrive and manage the front desk experience from check-in to checkout.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling using the salon’s booking system, keeping the schedule accurate and conflict-free.
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and walk-in enquiries about services, pricing, and availability.
• Process payments, handle the cash register or POS system, and issue receipts accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians and stylists to keep the daily schedule flowing smoothly and minimise client wait times.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Promote current offers, packages, and retail products to clients where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate client records, including service history and contact details.
• Handle client concerns or complaints at the front desk with professionalism, escalating when necessary.

What You’ll Need

• Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk coordinator, ideally in a salon, spa, or beauty/wellness setting.
• Comfortable using booking software and basic POS/payment systems.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuinely friendly, professional manner.
• Strong organisational skills — this role means multitasking bookings, calls, and walk-ins without losing track of any of them.
• Good spoken English; Arabic or other languages are a plus given Abu Dhabi’s diverse client base.
• A polished, presentable appearance in keeping with a beauty lounge environment.
• Flexibility to work full-time hours, including weekends, as salon schedules require.
