Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island, part of the Accor hospitality group, is hiring a Steward to join its back-of-house kitchen support team in Ras Al Khaimah. This beachfront resort is known for its extensive dining outlets and high-volume banqueting operations, making it a great environment for someone looking to build a long-term career within a major international hotel brand.

Role Overview

As Steward, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in keeping the resort’s kitchens, dining outlets, and banqueting operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for washing and maintaining crockery, cutlery, glassware, and heavy kitchen equipment, as well as supporting general cleanliness and hygiene standards across all back-of-house areas. It’s a physically active role that forms the backbone of a well-run kitchen operation, and it’s a proven entry point into a long-term hospitality career with Accor, one of the world’s largest hotel groups.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across kitchen and dishwashing areas
• Operate and maintain dishwashing machines and stewarding equipment safely
• Support kitchen teams during service by ensuring a constant supply of clean equipment
• Assist with waste management, garbage disposal, and recycling procedures
• Handle heavy lifting and equipment transport safely across kitchen and storage areas
• Follow HACCP, food safety, and resort hygiene standards at all times
• Support banqueting and events team during large-scale functions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous stewarding or kitchen support experience preferred, ideally in a hotel or large F&B operation
• Physically fit and able to manage a fast-paced, hands-on role including heavy lifting
• Strong understanding of hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a larger back-of-house team
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Valid UAE work eligibility or transferable visa status
