With retail stores across the UAE and a fast-paced, energetic culture, PUMA is now looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join its UAE store team. Role Overview

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of the PUMA brand on the shop floor — welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them to the right product. You’ll work as part of a close-knit store team, helping to hit sales targets, maintain visual merchandising standards, and keep the store running smoothly during busy trading hours. This is a great entry point into retail and brand-side fashion careers in the UAE, with genuine progression paths into senior sales, visual merchandising, or store management roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, offering product knowledge and styling advice on footwear, apparel, and accessories
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets and KPIs
• Process transactions accurately at the POS, including returns and exchanges
• Maintain stock levels on the shop floor and support replenishment from the stockroom
• Uphold PUMA’s visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Support stocktakes, deliveries, and inventory accuracy checks
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, escalating where needed
• Stay current on new product launches, promotions, and PUMA’s sporting partnerships

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in retail, fashion, or sportswear sales is an advantage but not mandatory
• A genuine interest in sport, sneaker culture, or fashion retail
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus
• A friendly, energetic, and customer-first attitude
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and UAE public holidays
• Comfortable working on your feet in a fast-paced mall or store environment
• Valid UAE residency status or eligibility to work in the UAE
