As a Junior Barista, you will work alongside experienced team members to learn the fundamentals of espresso preparation, customer service, and café operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing espresso-based drinks, hot and cold beverages, and light bites
• Learn and follow standard recipes and portion guidelines for consistency
• Welcome customers warmly and take orders accurately at the counter
• Support senior baristas during peak hours and busy service periods
• Keep the coffee station, equipment, and seating areas clean and presentable
• Handle basic cash register and POS transactions under supervision
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times

Requirements

• No prior experience required; training will be provided, though café or customer service experience is a plus
• A genuine interest in coffee and hospitality
• Friendly, energetic personality with strong customer service instincts
• Ability to learn quickly and work well as part of a team
• Good command of English; additional languages are a bonus
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Valid UAE visa or eligibility to work in the UAE
