About the Role

Liebherr is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Coordinator to join its logistics and supply chain team in Dubai. This role is central to ensuring that parts, equipment, and materials are received, stored, tracked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. The successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining smooth warehouse operations that directly support Liebherr’s service and equipment delivery commitments across the region.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods and spare parts
Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems, ensuring stock counts match system data
Coordinate incoming shipments with suppliers and logistics providers, verifying quantities and quality upon arrival
Organize warehouse layout for efficient storage and easy retrieval of parts and equipment
Prepare and process outgoing shipments, ensuring correct documentation and timely dispatch
Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and resolve discrepancies
Monitor stock levels and flag reorder requirements to relevant departments to avoid shortages
Ensure all warehouse activities comply with health, safety, and company operational standards
Operate or supervise the use of material handling equipment such as forklifts, in line with safety protocols
Liaise with internal departments, including procurement, sales, and service teams, to align on inventory needs
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety compliance throughout the warehouse facility
Prepare regular reports on inventory status, stock movement, and warehouse performance for management review
Support process improvement initiatives to increase warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs

Requirements

Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or logistics coordination role, preferably within an industrial, engineering, or heavy equipment environment
Strong working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control practices
Good understanding of supply chain and logistics processes, including shipping and receiving procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software tools for reporting and data tracking
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Ability to operate or coordinate the use of forklifts and other material handling equipment (certification is a plus)
Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Physical ability to handle warehouse tasks, including standing, lifting, and moving stock as needed
A valid UAE driving license is an advantage
Previous experience working with heavy machinery, spare parts, or industrial equipment inventory is highly desirable
