3Fils, one of Dubai’s most celebrated waterfront Japanese restaurants, is looking for warm, attentive, and service-driven Waiters and Waitresses to join its front-of-house team. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
- Present the menu confidently, offering informed recommendations on dishes and pairings
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them clearly to the kitchen and bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly, following 3Fils’ presentation and service standards
- Anticipate guest needs throughout the dining experience, from water refills to course timing
- Handle guest questions, special requests, and dietary requirements with care and accuracy
- Process bills and payments accurately at the end of service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations
- Work closely with kitchen, bar, and hosting teams to ensure seamless service flow
- Resolve minor guest concerns calmly, escalating to management when necessary
- Uphold 3Fils’ brand standards in grooming, tone, and guest interaction at all times
- Support table turnover and reservations flow during high-volume service periods
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of waiting/serving experience, ideally in a casual fine dining or premium restaurant
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sense of hospitality, presentation, and guest awareness
- Ability to multitask and stay composed during busy service periods
- Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage, not mandatory
- Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across sections
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Valid UAE residency status or eligibility for employer sponsorship
