Tattu Dubai is looking for a professional, detail-oriented and guest-focused Restaurant Cashier to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
• Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system
• Handle cash, card and other payment transactions professionally
• Follow all cash-handling and financial procedures
• Assist with billing and payment closing procedures
• Ensure accuracy across all transactions
• Respond to guest questions and billing queries promptly and professionally
• Provide a warm and engaging experience to every guest
• Maintain a professional and energetic presence during service
• Work closely with the restaurant management and service team
• Maintain high standards of attention to detail and guest service
Candidate Profile
• Previous cashier experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred
• Strong knowledge of POS systems and payment procedures
• Excellent numerical and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good English communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Passion for hospitality and willingness to develop professionally
