As a Service Crew Member, you will be at the heart of the daily operation — greeting guests, preparing and serving products, maintaining store presentation, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the brand’s high standards of quality and friendliness. Key Responsibilities

• Warmly greet and serve customers at the counter, ensuring quick and accurate order taking
• Prepare products according to brand recipes and presentation standards
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and card transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of the service counter, display units, and customer-facing areas throughout the shift
• Restock packaging, ingredients, and supplies as needed to avoid service interruptions
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures in line with UAE regulations
• Assist with receiving and organizing stock deliveries
• Support visual merchandising and product display setup, especially during promotions or peak periods
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth shift handovers
• Handle customer questions, special requests, and minor concerns with a positive, solution-oriented attitude
• Contribute to a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment at all times

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, F&B, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory — training is provided
• Friendly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced, high-footfall environment (malls, high streets, or kiosks)
• Good communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus given Dubai’s diverse customer base
• Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as per retail scheduling needs
• Well-groomed appearance and adherence to brand uniform and hygiene standards
• Team player mentality with a willingness to learn and take direction
• Candidates already residing in the UAE with valid, transferable employment status are encouraged to apply
