Majid Al Futtaim, the region’s leading shopping mall, communities, retail, and leisure pioneer, is hiring a Customer Service Officer for its Global Snow attraction in Dubai. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide accurate information about attractions, ticketing, and facilities
- Process ticket sales, upgrades, and package bookings efficiently via the POS system
- Assist guests with equipment issuance (snow gear, lockers) and provide clear safety briefings
- Respond to guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Support smooth guest flow during peak hours, school holidays, and special events
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the customer service desk and guest areas
- Promote upselling opportunities such as packages, memberships, and add-on experiences
- Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures specific to a snow/leisure attraction
- Coordinate with operations and ride/attraction teams to ensure a seamless guest journey
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, retail, or leisure/entertainment settings
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
- Friendly, energetic, and guest-first attitude, even during high-pressure periods
- Comfortable working in a cold-environment attraction and standing for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for POS and booking systems
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and composure when handling guest concerns
