About The Role
Noorka Logistics is seeking an experienced and results-driven Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations at its Dubai facility. This role is ideal for a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands the mechanics of inventory flow, and can lead a warehouse team to consistently meet accuracy, safety, and productivity targets. You will be responsible for coordinating receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch activities while ensuring the warehouse runs efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Lead, schedule, and manage a team of warehouse assistants and forklift operators
- Monitor inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock audits
- Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched within agreed timelines
- Maintain warehouse layout efficiency to optimize space utilization and workflow
- Enforce strict compliance with health, safety, and warehouse handling procedures
- Coordinate with procurement, transport, and customer service teams to resolve stock or delivery issues
- Prepare daily and weekly performance reports for warehouse management
- Train new warehouse staff on equipment use, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures
- Manage documentation for inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring full traceability
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control processes
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
- Solid understanding of UAE warehouse safety and handling regulations
- Experience with forklift operations and warehouse equipment oversight is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
- Good command of English; Hindi/Urdu language skills a plus for team communication
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in logistics, supply chain, or a related field preferred
- UAE driving license preferred but not mandatory
