About The Role
Five Guys, the globally loved burger and fries brand, is hiring energetic and customer-focused Crew Members for its high-traffic outlet at Dubai International Airport. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to Five Guys’ strict quality and portion standards
- Take customer orders accurately at the counter and via digital ordering points
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen and front-of-house area at all times
- Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service during peak airport traffic periods
- Restock ingredients, condiments, and packaging supplies throughout each shift
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and handling procedures consistently
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the POS system
- Support opening and closing duties, including cleaning and equipment checks
- Work collaboratively with teammates to maintain smooth, efficient service flow
- Deliver Five Guys’ signature warm, energetic customer experience to every guest
Requirements
- Previous experience in QSR, fast food, or hospitality is an advantage but not required — full training provided
- Friendly, energetic personality with a genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays (airport operations run 24/7)
- Basic spoken English required; additional languages are a plus
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and handle kitchen equipment safely
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Must be able to obtain a Dubai Airport security pass (company will assist with this process)
