About the Role

As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a key role in the smooth flow of goods from receiving through to store distribution. This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable with physical work in a warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and check incoming shipments against delivery notes
• Sort, label, and organize stock within the warehouse
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for store distribution
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and trolleys (training provided)
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
• Assist with stock counts and periodic inventory audits
• Support loading and unloading of delivery trucks
• Follow all health and safety procedures within the facility
• Coordinate with supervisors and other departments as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail stockroom role preferred
• Physically fit and comfortable with lifting and standing for extended periods
• Basic literacy for reading labels, delivery notes, and inventory sheets
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions accurately
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends when required
• UAE work experience is an advantage but not mandatory
