Al Zanabaq Ship Management is looking for professional and well-presented female Waitresses and Stewardesses to join the crew of a private yacht. About the Role
As part of the yacht’s service crew, the Waitress and Stewardess will be responsible for delivering high-quality guest service in a private and luxury setting. This role requires professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as team members will be working closely with guests in an intimate onboard environment.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include serving food and beverages to guests with a high standard of presentation and etiquette, maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest cabins and common areas, assisting with onboard housekeeping duties, supporting the preparation and setup for meals and events onboard, and ensuring guest requests and preferences are handled promptly and professionally. Stewardesses may also assist with laundry, cabin turnover, and general guest assistance throughout the duration of onboard stays.
Qualifications
Candidates should have prior experience in hospitality, guest service, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally within a yacht, hotel, or high-end service environment. Strong communication skills, a polished and professional presentation, and the ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working in a live-aboard environment and be flexible with working hours, including evenings and travel as required. Previous yachting experience is an advantage but not mandatory for the right candidate.
